Vakyam AI is operated by Recruitr AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Chennai, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our text-to-speech API, dashboard, website, and related services.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels. We do not sell personal information.

To operate the service, we may handle limited account information such as your email address, Google login details provided through Google authentication, account identifiers, credit balance, billing or payment references, support messages, and basic security logs needed to protect the service.

When you use the TTS API, we process the text you submit only to generate speech output and provide the service. We do not store audio data generated through the API unless you explicitly ask us to provide a feature that requires storage.

We use information to authenticate users, provide API access, manage prepaid credits, respond to support requests, maintain service security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may send important service messages, such as account, billing, credit, security, or product updates. We do not use your account information for third-party advertising.

If you sign in with Google, Google may share basic profile information needed for login, such as your email address and account identifier. Your use of Google login is also governed by Google's own policies.

If you purchase prepaid credits, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not intend to store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.

We share information only with service providers needed to run Vakyam AI, such as authentication, hosting, infrastructure, payment, email, or support providers. These providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect Vakyam AI, our users, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.

We keep account, credit, billing, support, and security information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Because we do not store API audio data by default, generated audio is not retained by us after processing unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting us. We may need to keep certain records where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

You can stop using the service at any time. If you use Google login, you can also manage connected app permissions through your Google account settings.

Vakyam AI is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use Vakyam AI only with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, by email, or by updating this page.
