Vakyam AI provides voice AI software, APIs, models, tools, and related services. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of paid services. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Return & Refund Policy or where required by law.

The services, including software, models, branding, content, and documentation, are owned by Vakyam AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services.

You retain responsibility for the inputs, content, audio, prompts, and other materials you submit to the services. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide that content and to authorize us to process it for the purpose of delivering the services.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or technical issues may affect availability.

The services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vakyam AI and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vakyam AI, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we otherwise determine termination is necessary to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
