Acceptable Use Policy

Deceptive, inaccurate, or misleading content or activity

• Impersonate another person, including celebrities or businesses. You may only submit your own voice and audio recordings or those of others when you have explicit consent and all required rights to do so.
• Participate in disinformation campaigns or inauthentic behavior.
• Create content that you know is, or is likely to be, inaccurate or misleading.
• Promote, endorse, encourage, or facilitate the spread of false information.

Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content or activity

• Violate any individual's rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
• Defame any individual or business.
• Promote unlawful activities, including crimes or conduct that is illegal in nature.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact the services.
• Provide legal, medical, or financial advice without the necessary qualifications.

Minor exploitation, abuse, or harm

You may not use the services for content, activity, or conduct that seeks to exploit, abuse, or harm minors, or promote or threaten the sexualization of minors. You may also not use the services to create output that relates to, or appears in our sole discretion to relate to or represent, individuals under the age of 18.

Political campaigning, lobbying, or disinformation purposes

This includes content, activity, or use of our services for political advertising, campaigning, lobbying, fundraising, the solicitation of donations, misleading voters, discouraging voting, impersonating political candidates or government officials, or other disinformation associated with the political or election process.

Psychologically or emotionally harmful content

You may not use our services to create content that shames, humiliates, bullies, or harasses individuals.

Violent, hateful, or threatening content or activity

• Threaten or promote violence or terrorism.
• Describe or encourage violent acts against people, animals, or property.
• Promote hate speech or discrimination, including based on attributes such as race, religion, gender, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Threaten or undermine democratic processes or institutions.

Other objectionable content

Any other content that, in our sole discretion, contradicts our values or is otherwise objectionable.

Telemarketing and outbound calling compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring every call, text, or prerecorded message you initiate through the services complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and regional laws, statutes, and regulations.

You must obtain all legally required consents, honor opt-outs, and maintain your own suppression lists. Violations constitute a material breach of this Acceptable Use Policy and the Vakyam AI Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate suspension or termination. We may cooperate with regulators or law-enforcement agencies investigating alleged violations.
